Lee has worked as a Learning and Development expert across a range of industries for 25 years. Over the last decade Lee has worked globally to drive the development of Medical Affairs. During this time, he was a key player in initiating and building a Medica Affairs Academy in Japan and has established a network of talent across the globe to meet local and regional development goals.
He is enormously proud that the hand-picked Vercium team goes beyond reacting to clients’ needs, instead challenging them help evolve Medical and Medical professionals alike.
Zoe Macavoy
Learning Solutions Director
Zoe is a skilled Programme Director with over 10 years’ experience working with pharmaceutical clients in the fields of Med-Ed, Med-Comms and Capabilities Development. For the past several years, she has specialised in developing corporate Learning and Development programmes, primarily in the Medical Affairs space.
At Vercium, Zoe enjoys collaborating with our new and existing client partners to create transformational learning solutions alongside our skilled subject matter experts. Zoe is also focused on developing a range of digital learning solutions to complement our in-person and virtual workshops.
Dani Scott
Business Executive Assistant and Project Manager
Dani is an accomplished Assistant and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in administration and executive management roles. Her extensive experience spans diverse industries, including International Education, Wellness, and the Charity sector.
In recent years, Dani has leveraged these these skills to assist with programme delivery and project management in the Medical Affairs space. Her innate creativity also plays an important role in contributing to the development and production of our range of digital learning solutions.

Amanda is a ICF Professional Certified Coach with over 20 years’ experience and a highly experienced Training Facilitator. Amanda has worked across industries, from banking to higher education, media to medical scientists.
Certified as a Tiny Habits® Coach and Neuroscience Academy Coach, Amanda specialised in methodologies that help people to overcome unhelpful beliefs, and get back on track for a healthier, happier and more successful life.
Mathilde Barbier
Facilitator and Coach
Mathilde is a bilingual French-English Facilitator and Consciously Digital Coach trained in the Science of Wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid. An EFT/EMO practitioner and Competent Communicator, she brings 25 years of experience helping people navigate change and find alignment in their professional and personal life.
For the last 7 years she has coached Medical Leaders with presentation and interpersonal skills, team dynamics as well as emotional & cultural intelligence.
